I installed a program, SABnzbd, ideally it needs to be visible from the internet e.g. via port 8080. I tried to set this up in the 7390. I made 2 Port Forward entry's, one for TCP and one for UDP. By the way, is this really nescessary?
In the Fritz I selected: Other Applications – Name SAB – TCP or UDP – 8080 – To Comp -Study PC (this is the comp where SAB is installed on) to IP shows correct IP – To port 8080.
Now, if I use the DynDNS open port tool it still tells me that the port is blocked by firewall or ISP. I use the external IP for checking: e.g. 118.xxx.xx.240:8080
The windows 7 firewall is off.
Any help highly appreciated.
